Yesterday marked the 200th day of Charlie’s life! That’s 200 days spent in the NICU and not having our baby home, but that’s 200 more days than anyone ever thought he would have. It’s very bittersweet and we are so grateful for our little boy!

Charlie will be having his big surgery day this Wednesday (no time set yet). Please keep him in your prayers and that he has a speedy recovery! He’s going to have a lot going on that day so we are praying he doesn’t get any setbacks from this; only move forward and hopefully bring him home soon after!

He is about 12 1/2 lbs and getting so big! Charlie is also quite the chatterbox! He coos and smiles at everyone who talks to him. He is such a sweet and happy baby. We are truly blessed!

Thank you all so much for keeping up with Charlie’s progress and for your continued prayers! He is so loved! It is amazing to encounter so many people who have been touched by Charlie’s story. Our prayer is that God continues to use him for His glory! Thanks again and have a wonderful week!

(Trying to print family pic...can't seem to...). LOVE all these pics and so appreciate this site to keep up w/ Charlie's development. Now, to storm heaven w/ our prayers, sacrifices and anything else we can think of for tomorrow's activities. (Mass, Communion and an hour of perpetual adoration in front of the Blessed Sacrament will be offered up for the knowledge, skill, discernment of the physicians involved in his surgeries but most of all for the Mighty Physician to guide them all). Our prayers are with all of you (w/ love)
