Charlie is doing amazing! He has done a great job recovering from surgery and he’s back to his happy self again! He is so big and so handsome. We are some lucky parents!

Charlie has not been eating well since his surgery. He wants nothing to do with his bottle, which can be a bit sad but that’s okay. He doesn’t need to take the bottle anymore since he has his G tube, but we are still going to try and go at his pace, and hopefully he will want to take it again. We decided to try baby food since he doesn’t like the bottle and he really likes it! He has only had pears so far but he does a really great job eating them. Go Charlie!

Our big guy is no longer on any respiratory support! He kicked the oxygen a few days ago as a trial period, but he’s been doing so well, he doesn’t have to go back on it! We have been looking forward to the day we would get to see his face without anything on it, and it’s here! He has such a handsome face and it is so perfect! What a blessing!

It doesn’t look like we will be there much longer now that he has the G tube and is no longer on oxygen. Please pray that we can bring him home soon and that our transition into our new lifestyle is smooth. Thank you so much and God bless!
